2:30pm to 5:30pm – On site check in registration desk  –  Crowne Plaza Foyer
2:30pm to 5:30pm – “Amazing Race Niagara” Scavenger hunt – Crowne Plaza Foyer
6:00pm to 7:30pm – Opening session at the hotel  –  Niagara Room
8:00pm onward – Networking social event – Hard Rock Club (in Crowne Plaza Hotel)

SATURDAY – February 23

8:00am to 9:00am – On site check in registration desk – Crowne Plaza Foyer
9:00am – 10:15am – Saturday morning opening session – Niagara Room
10:30am – 11:20am – Workshop Session 1 – Various rooms
11:30am – 12:20pm – Workshop Session 2 – Various rooms
12:20pm to 2:00pm – Lunch break – Out on your own
2:10pm to 3:00pm    – Workshop Session 3 –  Various Rooms
3:10pm to 4:00pm – Group networking and service session – Niagara Room
4:00pm to 5:00pm – Closing session – Niagara Room
7:00pm – Group dinner at the hotel – Niagara Room
Saturday night – Out somewhere TBD

Time to explore Niagara Falls (no official agenda)
Chapter meetings with Ian – Lobby Boardroom
