CANCON 2015 is just a few days away! In preparation for your arrival, please review the following email for important information about the conference:

Get a head start on your CANCON preparations by downloading our Guidebook app for your mobile devices. The app contains an electronic version of our program, maps of the hotel, lists of nearby restaurants and more. You can even use the app to share contact information with other attendees. Check your email for the download link and redeem code – if you did not receive this message, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The dress code for the Saturday program is business casual. You may wish to pack a change of clothing for the evening dinner and/or the club night at Joseph Richard Nightclub, but this is up to you. For those of you participating in activities on Friday and/or Sunday, please dress comfortably and bring weather-appropriate clothes.
Checking in on Friday, February 27
For those arriving on Friday, please check-in at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel (1128 West Hastings Street) starting at 12:00 noon. We will have a booth in the lobby where we will set you up with your conference swag bag, program and other items. If you have a room reserved at the Marriott, you may check into your room as soon as it is ready. Our team photo scavenger hunt activity will begin as people arrive.
The table will be set up at the Marriott until 6:15pm on Friday, at which time we will be walking over as a group to Mahony and Sons for some food, drinks and mingling. Should you arrive after this time, we will give you your conference bag on Saturday morning. We encourage you to meet our group at Mahony and Sons (1055 Canada Place) once you have settled in. The mobile app as well as the email you should have received contains the contact information for some of our team members, in case you need directions or have any other questions.
Checking in on Saturday, February 28
If you plan on checking in for CANCON on Saturday, please come to the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel (1133 West Hastings Street) and proceed upstairs to the second floor outside Harbourside Ballroom III between 9-9:30am. Our opening remarks and keynote speaker begin at 9:30am, so don’t be late!

A reminder that the only meal included in the registration fee is the three-course dinner on Saturday, February 28. Our CANCON team will be happy to guide and/or suggest you locations for all other meals to suit any taste or budget.
